quick tests before heading out on vacation!
Spent an hour recoloring the troll sketch from
last night. Posting 2 steps
1. saturating the sketch with color with brushes
acting as wet media.
2. using bushes acting as dry media to bring in
detail. As if scumbling acrylic or gauche over
a watercolor base.

Great initial sketch. And then you went and rocked the color out. Like the mottled flesh. The eyes too. And then there's the rosy nose...
LOVE the expression and movement on this guy. Are you working in purely digital now? It is so cool to see what you have been up to, really impressed with your body of work. ;)
